Day 15:

Practice | Daily Examen

Take 10 minutes to sit in silence. As your mind wanders, gently draw it back toward God.
2 Then, reflect on all the things that happened today. Jot down a few notes.

            • Where did you recognize God at work today?
            • What happened today you would consider blessings?
            • What do you want to be different about tomorrow?


Practice | Sabbath

1 Answer the following questions in regards to planning your Sabbath:

            • Which day/half-day will you commit this week to a Sabbath?
            • Who will you spend time with on the Sabbath?
            • What will you spend your time doing that is good for you?
            • What will you do with technology, i.e. phone, computers, screen time?
            • You should plan to eat good food that you don’t have to prepare.

 

Day 16-21:

Practice Daily Examen every day this week (Repeat Day 15 steps).
